Mission: The mission of the jewish federation of princeton mercer bucks is to preserve, secure, and strengthen jewish life and values in our community, the state of israel, and throughout the world.
Programs: Federation is the single largest jewish fundraising entity in the community. Hundreds of volunteers reach out to thousands of residents in the princeton mercer bucks area to secure funds that provide necessary support to local, national and international agencies. These agencies in turn reach out to millions of people in need. The funds we provide, in concert with federations and our counterparts throughout the diaspora, are of critical importance to meet the ever-increasing challenges that lie before us. Our ability to reach out and provide important funding enables us to "bring to the table" indivduaals and groups to discuss iusses, share expertise and plan courses of action. This type of exchange is at the core of our survival as a people. Our network of cooperation is global and allows us not only to react to further the events but also plan and shape our collective future.
