Target demographics: Housing placement, property tax prevention and assistance with foreclosed property
Geographic areas served: Detroit
Programs: Housing - housing placement counselors work with individuals and families to find housing and place the family into a home. Placement services are provided to persons who are homeless or in jeopardy of becoming homeless to enable them to live as independently as possible. Landlord tenant counselors work with individuals and families that are facing eviction, have been illegally evicted, or need legal help getting repairs made to their home or apartment.
