Management treats employees terribly. I have seen first hand the abuse and how they ignore labor laws completely and threaten amazingly caring workers till they just quit. The workers who stay either are super caring or lazy and uncaring. Also the rate of pay is horrendous considering how much it costs to put a family member in their care. When I heard what they paid our caregiver's I was beside myself. When I asked management they told me it's none of my concern. Not happy, not what ucp stands for. They need to be investigated. Happy workers , work happy. Unhappy , well not so much. They don't even give health care for their care givers. I'm so done with their politics. We will be making changes very soon.
