Mission: United Community Options advocates for children and adults living with unique abilities or social inequalities, providing opportunities to achieve a full, rewarding life beyond limits. The organization provides to children and adults developmental training, therapy, education, residential habilitation, medical services, supported living and other related programs and services.
Programs: Developmental training program to adults (240 days a year) and preschool/afterschool/summer care program services (240 days a year) to children. The services provided include training, education, therapy, vocational, transportation and various other services determined based on the needs of the individual and their families. Approximately 199 developmental disabled and/or handicapped adults are served. The adult developmental training program provided approximately 47,800 days of services. The preschool/after school/summer care programs served approximately 446 children and provided approximately 73,400 days of services.
residential program services and housing is provided 365 days a year to approximately 152 developmentally disabled adults and /or children. Services include housing, dietary, training, therapy, social skills, nursing, limited medical and various other services based on the needs of individual served. The residential program provided approximately 55,500 days of service.
