Unite & Inspire has surprised me in many ways - From being a youth led organization primarily focusing on young adults, the organization provides myriads of learning, growth and service opportunities for adults and youth alike. The team works tirelessly to bring projects and volunteer opportunities to its customer base. Starting with community gardens to organizations like American Red Cross, the exposure to different strata of the society is something you rarely get to experience in any other nonprofit. I have been with U and I for about a year now, and I am so thankful to be a part of the community. Despite being only a few years old, Unite and Inspire has done impactful work in the Greater Houston area. As a youth development focused non-profit, the organization is staffed by remarkable individuals who volunteer their time to serve with conviction and passion. The founder of Unite and Inspire is a visionary with a single minded focus on lifting up underserved communities. As a co-founder and Board member, I am honored to serve alongside such individuals. What could be more fulfilling than guiding the next generation to create a kinder, more humane and more inclusive world?

My son has been a part of U&I ever since its inception. It has helped him in multiple ways. First and foremost it inculcates a sense of responsibility in the kids towards the community. The vast array of programs and volunteer opportunities it provides for kids of all ages from elementary to high school and beyond is impressive. I have been amazed at how enthusiastic and involved the kids are in all the projects. It is truly a youth driven organization. My son has learnt and grown so much as an individual through volunteering in the various food , toy and clothing drives, helping with community gardening activities etc. He has learnt be a good team member and a leader. The entire team of U & I including the organizers and the parent volunteers are passionate and dedicated about what they do. Unite &Inspire, a non-profit organization, as the name suggests is an organization where we unite for the betterment of the community and inspire all to serve the community in every way possible. U&I has provided a great deal of opportunities for adults and youth to involve in varied activities. From gardening, food drives, book drives, clothing drives to helping seniors, to conducting classes for special needs kids. There is something for you to contribute in your passion zone. They have programs for all age groups catering to various needs in the community.

We have been part of U&I ever since it’s inception.U&I’s mission is very inspiring and encouraging to the youth and helps serve the community in many different ways. This is possible only because there is a strong, dedicated and enthusiastic team of volunteers who help make this happen . I am glad our kids are provided with immense volunteering opportunities through the U&I in several different streams be it for disabled kids , senior citizens , gardening , bone marrow registry, food drives , cloth drives in the US as well as India. High school students also have a wonderful opportunity of doing internships that helps them gain enough exposure before heading off to college ! We at U&I strive to work together to continue to inspire others giving back to the community.

U&I adheres to its founding principles in getting youth volunteers to serve the community in many different ways , be it gardening or supplies drive or sharing knowledge of a technical or artistic skill to different levels of the community. The service and activities keep getting better and inspired volunteering in everyone.

I have been volunteering since i was 5 years old. An most of my time i have been volunteering at Unite and Inspire. We help people who have families affected by Covid, people who don’t have food to eat, we help seniors, special needs kids, and more people! Best of all, most of the volunteers are youth. And my mom( the founder and ceo of the organization) made this organization to help people in need, abd to help us, youth become civic- minded global citizens. It has made a lot of volunteers, including me realize that we are grateful for what we have. Unite and Inspire helps a lot of people in different ways. It’s a great organization!

Unite & Inspire staff and volunteers regularly develop and lead classes in computer-related subjects for my clients. They are very professional, the material is top-notch, and they capture the imaginations of the students they teach. I'm always inspired by the way they interact with the students and how they provide quality lessons for the range of learning styles/abilities of the students in the classes. The high school volunteers that help to lead the classes are exceptional. My frequent comment after observing them in action is to say "if these kids are the leaders of tomorrow, there is a very bright future for us all!"

My experience with Unite and Inspire has been incredible, and I thoroughly enjoy the various activities that I have taken part in. Their encouragement of leadership and kindness is what makes this organization so amazing, and I truly believe in what U&I stands for. I have done the U&I internship for three years, and I learned a lot about teamwork and time management during this time. The internships also enabled me to build my skills in research and programming, while contributing to society as a whole. I have also enjoyed working with individuals with learning disabilities, and teaching them how to code in different languages has been a rewarding endeavor. Overall U&I has helped me build essential life skills, such as communication and social responsibility.

My experience as a member of the Unite and Inspire organization has benefited me in so many ways. I've been able to develop different skills from volunteering at a variety of places. It has allowed me to focus on myself and become a better person in the long run. I think it's amazing how this organization allows many student volunteers to earn service hours which helps us for school, as well as allowing us to experience different environments and help others. Very happy  to be a member of U&I. Though its only been 7 months since me and my daughter joined U&I,its been quite a journey. How much they did amidst  the pandamic is commendable. It so inspiring to see so many young kids learning and in the process inspiring even the grown ups to be giving.My daughter ,a high schooler thoroughly enjoys being able to volunteer & help in any way she can.She has learnt a lot in such a short time and always looks forward to learning more .
The way U&I brings in activities, teaching the kids and youth to be compassionate and responsible, is really appreciable. They always bring in different kinds of activities and really educative ones too.Educating kids beyond books and school is so important and Thanks to Unite & Inspire for teaching kids and the youth some important life skills like leadership, gardening,teaching,interacting with special kids-just  to name a few. Being part of this organization gives the kids so much exposure to real life struggles of people around us locally and internationally, which in turn  teaches them to be responsible citizens and be appreciative  and thankful for all the things that life has given them and also teaches them to be giving and kind.One of the big positives of being a member of unite and inspire is, it teaches kids humility and respect-respecting our fellow human beings and being selfless and to be mindful of their actions.

I have been working with this awesome organization for more than two years and love the team leaders’ out of the box thinking to involve youth in various projects for the betterment of the community.

It was not long ago when I joined, and the moment I stepped into the world of Unite and Inspire, I was swept away by the frenzy of different but unique activities taking place. I was absolutely mesmerized by the structure and detailed planning of every event. And I couldn't wait to join in! Every event I participated in, every activity I was present for, taught me more about the real world than I have ever learned in school. Through this organization, I not only learned several new skills, but I also learned where and when to apply them. And more than anything, I learned that no person is too small to make a change. I mostly worked with the coding team, which allowed the volunteers to share our knowledge with special needs, kids, across Houston. Furthermore, I took part in the summer internship, which not only allowed volunteers to develop an app for teaching special needs kids in India but also to design a children's storybook and advertising the campaign for blood plasma donation. There is an activity or event perfectly suited for everyone, so pick that form up and join the effort!

My experience with Unite & Inspire, as a student volunteer, has been one of great personal growth and inner reflection. The organization hosts multiple different types of activities that range from computer classes to art workshops. My own choice of work falls with the former. During the summer, some of the volunteers come together to plan for and practice teaching computer language classes, held at various public libraries. Unite & Inspire also frequently collaborates with various organizations, offering opportunities for their volunteers to gain new experiences and broaden their horizons.

As a parent there is nothing that can make you prouder than to see your child go beyond themselves. Unite and Inspire has been a friend that adopted my child as theirs and taught them ownership and accountability. Accountability of their actions and their roles in the community. The children are exposed to so many different aspects of volunteering. They can easily pick and choose what makes them comfortable. Be it gardening, drawing on lunch bags, collecting donations, making awareness videos for stem cell donation, being a friend to a special need kid and much more. U&I gives you the opportunity to find out who you are and what you want to be to the world. They inculcate leadership qualities in children so they know and understand that this world is theirs and only they can make the difference. I am glad my child signed up to be a part of this organization and because of that today I can proudly say, my entire family is signed to be a part of this family of volunteers.

Unite & inspire with its unique mission has grown by leaps and bounds in terms of impact to community and building the volunteer spirit in its members. My experience as an advisor has been very rewarding and fulfilling by partnering with such an organization that rises to the need of the community every time.

There is so much diversity in U&I that brings a lot of excitement and allows volunteers to connect to community. This organization has been empowering volunteers and inspiring them to take on greater initiative while having them understand the issues in the community. My daughter was given an amazing opportunity to design & teach technology driven programs along with her peers including specialized coding, digital literacy to people with developmental disabilities.

U & I has multiple volunteering opportunities for all age group kids from elementary to high school. My daughter is part of the digital ,coding and art team.They also offer summer internships for high school kids. During these tough times, U & I let kids volunteer remotely. They collaborate with different organizations like arc of fort bend where kids conduct different activities for physically challenged kids. U & I is one great organization to be part of.

My child has been part of this awesome organization since its inception. Unite and Inspire has been serving the community in the USA and India, bringing wonderful opportunities for kids of all ages (gardening, coding classes, art classes, digital classes, Houston food bank, Internships for high schoolers, clothing/toy drives, and many more) They have been supporting needy and vulnerable children in India with projects like Nandanam. The organizers are dedicated to making time for arranging, scheduling all the activities and programs. My kids and I joined Unite and Inspire a year ago and in that time, seeking a group to belong to with similar vision and heart to serve the community. U&I is exactly that, a non-profit full of committed and inspiring individuals whose sole purpose is to provide volunteer opportunities to youth and families to help the the community. My boys have learned and grown so much in helping Laura victims, collecting food for those in need through their own campaigns, helped encourage blood cancer patients, and even learned to be young honest entrepreneurs! They have grown in compassion, patience, and love. This organization brings together people of many walks of life, and unties them through the thread of loving service, exactly what I was looking for!

I strongly recommend Unite and Inspire , the non profit organization , that has been practicing to serve the community in its unique way . Me as volunteer been in this organization since it started . I was able to impart my computer knowledge skill to kids and adults who wanted to learn through community libraries and also to the special need kids . It’s a privilege to teach the special need kids to help them learn the skills that could help grow and improve their capabilities. Both my kids also enjoy doing activities like gardening and helping through various activities . My daughter is part of the art team where various workshops are conducted to teach art and It’s a good opportunity for kids to understand the importance of giving back to the community along with self development in public speaking, leadership abilities, and communication skills. I personally feel so satisfied when I do my little contribution to help others grow .

Unite &Inspire is a wonderful non-profit organization working at the grassroots level, involving kids and adults, inculcating volunteering feeling, specially in the kids early on. My son has been part of this organization since it’s inception. Being at the elementary level and getting this platform in life, he is learning a great deal of practical knowledge and feelings like empathy and compassion. U&I has provided a great deal of opportunities for these kids to involve themselves in activities like gardening, helping seniors, engaging in campaigns to provide food, clothing & hygiene supplies during Covid & help the hurricane Laura victims, provide meals & raise donations personally from their piggybank and from friends and family to collect books, shoes, toys etc for kids in need. They have programs for all age groups catering to various needs in the community. For middle & high schoolers, the kids can enhance their leadership skills to help educate and impart their knowledge & skills on various specialized topics related to art, digital & coding.
I truly & whole heartedly support & enjoy working as a parent volunteer as well. I have seen the progression in my kid and how he is getting a chance to grow & flourish,into a better human being, working with U&I, ready to serve and work towards helping the community.

Unite & Inspire is a non profit organization which is in its early stages since its inception in 2019 in Houston Community but they have excelled in every single possible way making them & their volunteers standout as “The Gold Standard for Giving”.

Both of my daughters are part of this organization since it’s beginning days actively involved in areas of interest they could pick and chose to excel and give back same time.
They both have worked on so many opportunities from local food banks, lunches of love , senior meals to Special Needs Kids activities to Covid campaigns to summer medical research opportunities over the last 2 years.

Very extensive & thoughtfully executed opportunities for everyone from Ages 6 to Adults to support the current needs of community as well as long-term sustainment activities.

Covid campaigns conducted in the age of coronavirus were successfully executed by kids of U&I reached out to so many organizations, Title 1 schools, and underserved children.

Organization constantly thrives to instill the idea of giving, bring passionate towards fellow community people in its volunteers to grow together as a person / volunteer while growing as a beautiful organization in itself !

Kids are not only benefitted by volunteering with the organization but they are also provided excellent opportunities to groom their leadership skills, communication abilities, knowledge of volunteering with a cause.
