Nonprofit Overview
Causes: Homeless & Housing, Homeless Centers, Human Services
Mission: To provide a fresh start to people experiencing homelessness while chipping away the barrier separating them from society.
Results: Since our inception in 2015 we were able to house 151 individuals. 50% of these individuals were children and majority are single parents. We are also proud to say that 85% of the people we house are still housed to this day.
Target demographics: Stable Individuals experiencing homelessness move into permanent housing
Direct beneficiaries per year: on average 50 people move into permanent housing.
Geographic areas served: Tallahassee Florida area
Programs: one-time grants that covers start-up costs such as deposit, and utility bills.
