Ultimate Sports Association

Programs: Ultimate sports association (usa) is dedicated to youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. We exist to provide our community with an environment and programming that allows us to develop our youth to their full potential, socially, physically and mentally. We use sports as a tool to:* teach and inspire leadership in our youth* give back to our community and teach our youth to do the same* promote the importance of a healthy and active lifestyle* prepare our youth to succeed in lifein 2017, we were able to serve our community by providing a safe and secure facility that was utilized by* 1,000 youth basketball teams* over 3,000 camp/clinic participantsthrough our facility and staffing, we also provided the following programming to our community:* daily basketball training lessons* daily athletic performance, health and wellness sessions* daily supervision by a qualified athletic trainer* daily physical education classes for local charter school* bi-weekly tutoring sessionsthrough scholarship and charitable events, we were able to provide:* free basketball clinics for over 600 children* free family play/movie nights for over 400 participants* free injury prevention clinics for 40 families* free shooting machine sessions for over 2,000 youth players* free use of our facility for the juvenile diabetes research foundation to host an event for families with children recently diagnosed with jd* free media press conference events for our two local high school basketball teams (allowed them to take part in a live pre-game press conference with real reporters)* assistance in multiple collection programs + 30 man hours of volunteer service for walnut creek community service day + 676 lbs of food to the local food bank (563 meals) + 300 pairs of shoes donated* $40,000 in free/discounted services* 900+ total volunteer hours ultimate sports association continues to look for opportunities to serve the community.
