Mission: The USAIHC strives to conduct a world-class international harp competition in the United States, while promoting and fostering the careers of gifted young harpists throughout the world. The USAIHC promotes the harp as a concert and solo instrument and seeks to introduce the harp repertoire to a broader audience, while encouraging composers to write new works for the harp. Finally, the USAIHC works to foster friendship and understanding among harpists worldwide.
