Mission: TUSK USA''s mission is to deliver effective protection for Africa''s wildlife and natural heritage in conjunction with sustainable development and environmental education programs, which are designed to help alleviate poverty amongst rural communities.
Programs: TUSK USA believes that if conservation is to succeed , then environmental education needs to be promoted at an early age. PACE--Pan African Conservation Education, is TUSK USA's project to help address this need by communicating ideas on environmental issues, whether they be practical advice or solutions, between communities across the continent. A set of materials have been designed to act as both an environmental education tool and a stimulus to adopt sound and sustainable policies. In addition to distributing the PACE resources throughout Africa, TUSK USA provides much needed financial support to build and improve facilities at environmental education centers, schools, and clubs across the continent.
