Mission: Helping children with learning challenges in rural areas achieve their full potential.
Programs: During 2015-2016 fiscal year turtle wing foundation provided direct services to 286 children through our early intervention, supplemental services and community education & advocacy programs. Hundreds more were impacted indirectly during our autism awareness month activities and throughout the year as we impact families across our tri-county area of fayett, lavaca and colorado counties.
