Programs: Provided financial support and other assistance to the tulare county (calif. ) fair, as follows: contributed $29,755 for the construction and inventory of "the watering hole," an establishment located on the tulare county fairgrounds and operated by the tulare county fair. Contributed $9,917 for the repair of the barn located on the fairgrounds. Contributed $14,000 worth of cattle wash racks to the county fair. Purchased and maintained panels for cattle stalls for use by the county fair. $32,569 worth of panels were purchased in 2017. These purchases began in 2015, and by the end of 2017 the pre-depreciated value was $262,208. Purchased $109,860 worth of outdoor lighting for use on the grounds of the tulare county fair.
