Mission: Tucson audubon societys mission is to inspire people to enjoy and protect birds through recreation, education, conservation, and restoration of the environment upon which we all depend.
Target demographics: Tucson Audubon connects birds, people, and native landscapes.
Geographic areas served: Tucson Audubon's core service area includes Cochise, Pima, and Santa Cruz counties, located in Southeast Arizona.
Programs: - Habitat restoration services. - Education programs for adults and youth. - The Southeast Arizona Birding Festival (August 7-11, 2019) - Habitat consultation and installation services for home and business owners. - Birding field trips to premier destinations in Southeast Arizona and Sonora, Mexico. - The Paton Center for Hummingbirds in Patagonia, Arizona. - The Orpha Mason Center for Ironwood Tree Preservation and Environmental Education in northwest Tucson. - The Tucson Audubon Nature Shop; 2 locations (West University, Agua Caliente Park)
