Nonprofit Overview
Mission: To assist individuals who are 'differently-abled' to enjoy the full benefits of participation in an athletic environment structured to their abilities. We hope to provide socialization opportunities to build self esteem, teamwork, sportsmanship and help participants to experience the joy of cheering for others and celebrating achievements together.
Target demographics: disabled children and adults
Direct beneficiaries per year: 60 participants and hope to expand that to 80 this year by adding two additional teams.
Geographic areas served: Trumbull County, Ohio and Mercer County, PA
Programs: adaptive baseball to provide the opportunity to participate in the game of baseball with their peers.
