Mission: To conserve, protect and restore colorado's coldwater fisheries and their watersheds.
Programs: Restoration of cold water habitat and education of members, the general public and decision making bodies, on issue relating to cold water resources. Program accomplishments over this year include helping to establish a trust agreement to fund what will be colorado's largest-ever native trout restoration program, in the poudre headwaters; assisting with securing habitat and reintroducing greenback cutthroat trout in projects with colorado parks and wildlife; partnering with denver water, grand county, and others to complete a major one-mile habitat restoration program for the fraser river; and engaging more than 4000 colorado youth through over 100 different watershed and angling education projects.
