Mission: Trinity Center is a doorway to opportunity providing essential safety net services and a pathway forward for adults experiencing homelessness and poverty. We advocate for those who are seeking housing, financial stability, and wellness. Join us in our mission to uphold the values of dignity, respect, inclusion, equity, and vibrancy of life for all.
Results: in the past twelve months: 20,000 meals 7,000 showers 3500 loads of laundry 25,000 articles of clothing 90 people housed 50 people employed 6,000 hours of case management 43,000 individual services
Target demographics: Adults experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness
Direct beneficiaries per year: 1461 individuals
Geographic areas served: Contra Costa County California
Programs: Essential Safety Net Services such as meals, showers, laundry, clothing, and access to a mailing address and a computer lab. Housing Focused Case Management offers support for people seeking access to housing. Substance Use Program offers one-on-one, and group counseling. Transitional Aged Youth Program offers support services to young adults aged 18-29. Workforce Development Program offers support for people seeking access to employment. Work Adjustment Intern Program offers temporary employment allowing people to develop hard and soft skills further preparing them for community-based employment. Wellness Program offers knowledge of and access to resources that remove barriers to whole-person health. Seasonal Evening Program (December – April) offers overnight shelter during the winter months to vulnerable unhoused adults. Volunteer Program offers meaningful opportunities to connect with our mission and work.
