Causes: Community Improvement & Capacity Building, Food, Food, Agriculture & Nutrition
Mission: Tri Cycle Farms' mission is to grow community through soil as we steward food awareness, education, and empowerment.
Target demographics: We help alleviate hunger and food insecurity in NWA communities
Direct beneficiaries per year: We provide food for meals that can feed 70 people, three times a day, per week. Additionally, our efforts dramatically reduce carbon and methane emissions in our community.
Geographic areas served: Northwest Arkansas
Programs: Tri Cycle partners with local grocery stores and farmers to operate a Food Recovery Program. We also provide education and workshops to teach people how to grow their own food, and offer a number of ways for people to give back to the community.
