Mission: We’re a community-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused entirely on kittens. As an all volunteer, foster-based rescue, we take in at-risk kittens—many orphaned, sick, or in need of extra care—and give them the medical treatment and loving attention they need to thrive. From bottle babies to shy strays, we help each kitten grow healthy and confident before placing them in carefully chosen forever homes. To address the cycle of overpopulation, every kitten is spayed or neutered before adoption—because every kitten altered helps prevent many more from being lost.
Results: From inception in January of 2023 to May of 2025, Tri City Kitty has spayed or neutered and adopted out over 600 kittens and mama cats, preventing thousands of additional homeless kittens.
Target demographics: Our community and the resident stray and feral felines
Direct beneficiaries per year: 411 cats and kittens
Geographic areas served: The Columbia Basin and beyond in Washington State
