Mission: OUR VISION An Arizona where everyone has a place to call home. OUR MISSION Trellis is dedicated to making stable homes and communities possible through educating, building and lending.
Target demographics: underserved communities through homeownership and affordable housing
Direct beneficiaries per year: We educated 1257 individuals and created 84 first time homebuyers, originated 99 loans for first-time homebuyers, built and predevelopment of 66 affordable housing units, and distributed over $2M dollars in emergency assistance.
Geographic areas served: Metro Phoenix
Programs: Down Payment Assistance, Housing Counseling and education services, including financial literacy and homebuyer education (required through HUD), the administration of governmental relief funds to assist homeowners facing foreclosure due to COVID, competitive lending programs, and the development of affordable housing for low-to-moderate income individuals and families.
