Adrian, her staff, and volunteers are great! They are always willing to go the extra mile to help you find what you need for your classroom. This store has been a lifesaver for me ever since I started teaching. I have found so many affordable and amazing things that have enriched my classroom. I don't know how I would have gotten so many of these great resources without Treasures for Teachers!
Amazing nonprofit and exceptional concept. Teachers need support vs having to purchase new items to help their students when the school districts will not help. T4E provides great supplies new/used for teachers at an extremely low cost and often for free. More people in Tucson need to support this great organization!!!

I've just discovered this treasure earlier this school year. I was looking for resources to help one of my struggling students and T4TT popped up in my search. As a fellow educator who has to spend their own money getting what they need, for the classrooms and students, I was on a mission. I was shocked when I walked through the door! I was greeted with such friendliness and helpfulness. I signed on to become a member, and with my card in hand, started my SHOPPING. Prices were definitely set for underpaid teachers AND I found a whole lot more of what I needed than what I initially went in for. I can't believe I never knew about this gem and I've been in education for over 20 years. They have so much to offer and is, a HUGE resource for teachers. This is my first go-to whenever I need anything for my classroom and my students. I've been telling all the teachers I know and any I meet. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I’ve been utilizing this gem for decades now, ever since it started in a small trailer. As a public high school teacher, I’m always trying to find ways to engage my students to help them not only learn about their government and economic system but also to enjoy the experience. Treasures allows and encourages me to be well-stocked - to encourage their more artistic and creative side. Adrienne who runs the non-profit is amazing. She keeps an eye out for her members, letting them now about new materials that work for them. This is one of those hidden gems around Tucson. I call it my Goodwill for teachers - meaning the higest compliment. You never know what you’ll find and it’s always worth the trip.
I have been volunteering here for almost 2 years now. I am amazed at the generosity of the general public and the donations that come in to help our teachers in the community. Adrienne is a wonderful Executive Director. She is always available to help the teachers that come in whether they need to find something specific or need ideas for projects. I LOVE coming here!
I am absolutely amazed by the way T4T works diligently to help our teachers get the supplies they need to serve our students. Arizona is one of the lowest paying states for teachers so anything we can do to help is a win-win.
As a teacher for the last 19 years in the public school system, this nonprofit has saved me thousands of dollars and hours. The pay for educators in Arizona is not stellar but in order to do my job to the best of my ability, I need supplies that add up over time. Treasures 4 Teachers of Tucson stocks their shelves with everything I need and even things I didn't know I needed. Staplers and 3-hole punches are not cheap and when students use them, they tend to break down quicker. I can afford to purchase 3-4 staplers for my students to use and not break the bank. New to teaching and want to have a library of books on your shelves? Well for less than $20 you can fill two shelves easily with a variety of books. The supplies are endless as well as the possibilities to engage your students with new and creative activities.
On top of their supplies, the volunteers are amazing and work hard to help you find what you need and keep the shelves stocked. I have always had a wonderful experience when I go and the giveaways are nice too. If you are in the education system, this is a place you MUST become a member!
Treasures 4 Teachers is such a wonderful place for teachers. I love being able to go there and fill up a bag of supplies for my classroom for just $5.00. Every week there are new items and specials. I love getting a free teacher gift every time I shop. If you are a teacher I recommend this place, you will save so much money by shopping here for your classroom needs.
Having children in the public school system, I understand the importance of helping the teachers in our community. Treasures 4 Teachers of Tucson is truly a treasure! It is run by dedicated volunteers who are committed to making sure our teachers can come in and get the supplies that they need to abundantly run their classrooms. True givers within our community. I can't say enough about the incredible organization this is!

Treasures 4 Teachers of Tucson is an amazing organization of primarily volunteers, to support our local teachers. By helping our teachers with hands-on classroom supplies and materials for little to no money, our students have more learning opportunities and it helps teachers lower their out of pocket costs. The volunteers running and managing this "educators only" store put their hearts and souls into it. They are amazing!!!

With a few volunteers we help over 550 teachers as of June 2020. We've reached over 40,000 students.
There are 60,000 teachers in the greater Tucson area.

If only this wonderful nonprofit had been around during the bulk of my 30 years, I would have saved thousands and thousands of dollars and thousands of kids would have greatly benefited.
I remember as a first year teacher, my mother and I would scour the St. Vincent de Paul and Salvation Army stores for books, supplies, games, fabric for chair pouches, and furniture to outfit my classroom. Even at those stores, I paid at least $1.50 a book, and $4 or $5 for a game, etc. Today, however, with the help of Treasures, those prices are minimal. Books are ten cents, sometimes free, games as low as fifty cents! Fabric is part of a $5 bag which I can fill with so many items: pens, pencils, erasers, folders, manipulatives, staples, paper clips, and even curriculum books that I used to pay up to $25 for...you name it.
In today's times, many of my students come to school with just the clothes on their backs and that's it, no pencils, no paper, no backpack. With the help of Treasures 4 Teacher of Tucson, my students do not go without. With their help, I am easily able to outfit them with everything they need to get them on their way to success.
Adrienne and her staff are wonderful and extremely helpful. If they know I'm looking for something in particular, when a donation comes in, I am notified and come running. I can't express my gratitude enough. Thank you Treasures 4 Teachers of Tucson for all you do for my students and me.
Treasures 4 Teachers is the best place for teachers to go and buy used and new materials for their classroom at affordable prices. This warehouse is full of materials that all teachers can use for daily lessons, including books. As teachers we don’t make much money so it is great that Treasures makes materials affordable for us. They also take donations from the community so there are new items available each week.
Treasures 4 Teachers is amazing. I can find so many different items that I need for my classroom. The membership fee is so well worth it. I have saved so much money buying my classroom items here. I would recommend this place for all teachers. I was able to take a tour of the store before I bought my membership. Everyone was so nice and they explained how items were priced. I will definitely renew my membership.
