Mission: The Transition Teams program expanded out of the growing concern in society for the seemingly poor preparation by entertainers and athletes for their new lifestyle and unique challenges. Transition Teams serves as an unbiased source of information and support as the goal is to educate the participants and their families about how to maximize their opportunities and use them as a springboard to walk boldly into their expected position as role models.
