Programs: Transformation vision cedar hill operates a residential group home for homeless pregnant women called hope mansion, www. Hopemansion. Org. The home aims to end generational poverty and the cycle of crisis pregnancies by rebulding the family by providing a support structure, instilling a sound value system, building life-skills and providing employment assistance. Hope mansion is designed to address the needs of women experiencing crisis pregnancies. During 2016, it served 28 women and 21 babies and children. There are three curriculum based programs for the residents. Our resident program is our case management tool which focuses on education that provides career planning through dicussions of goals and objectives, to complete the ged, obtain a high school diploma, college credits, or begin trade school. Additionally, residents particiapte in life-skills classes in nutrition, cooking, etiquette and money management, such as budgeting, banking, and savings. Healthy start is a comprehensive preparation for parenting which equips participants with prenatal and child care, breast feeding, and adoption education. The goal is to equip the residents for parenting so that when the baby is born, the mother will be prepared to provide immediate care. Building blocks for success is a program addressing the need for character building, bible study, counseling, decision-making, and personal discovery. Curriculum is chosen and taught by those skilled in these areas.

transformation vision cedar hill seeks to teach every member of the community to love the lord god with all his heart, soul, mind, and strength. The organization seeks to accomplish this through community prayer breakfasts, seminars for businesses on how to incorporate biblical principles into their businesses, adopt-a-school programs, prayer rallies, and developing faith based support for a youth referral program.
