We had an injured, limping coyote pup take up nightly refuge in our front yard cat shelter. Volunteers with Trails End worked multiple times each day for almost a full week trying to trap it. We finally managed to catch him at 4am one morning and they took him to a sanctuary for veterinary assessment. Unfortunately his shoulder was badly broken and it was most humane to put him to sleep. Despite the sad outcome, the volunteers with Trails End Wildlife were absolutely wonderful and worked tirelessly to do everything possible to trap the coyote in hopes of recovery and rehabilitation. They are wonderful people doing fantastic work. We highly recommend supporting them in any way possible.
