I had a such a wonderful experience during the Fall Bliss Retreat! We were able to learn many different types of mediatitions, breathwork, types of yoga and experience a sound bath! It was an all encompassing weekend of health and wellness...We were served delicious homemade meals and yummy warm drinks perfect for the cold weather! We took nature walks and had time set aside within the day for reflection. I am so very thankful for this experience and all that I learned! I look forward to going to another one of these in the future! Thank you for all the love and care you pour into making this such a beautiful experience for us!

Trailbliss.org is a truly unique and transformative experience, and Sarvinder, the guide and mindfulness teacher, is the real deal.

I’ve had the pleasure of joining one of her sunrise hikes—a magical journey that begins in the quiet darkness before dawn and leads you to a scenic hilltop just as the forest awakens. With birdsong in the air and the first light touching Mt. Rainier in soft pink hues, Sarvinder gently guides you through a simple yet grounding yoga session. It’s one of the most peaceful and awe-inspiring experiences I’ve had in nature.

I also completed the 8-week mindfulness series, which taught me practical tools for managing my mind and emotions through mindful walking, breathwork, yoga, and other body-based practices. These techniques have become part of my daily life and have brought a new level of calm and enjoyment to my everyday routine.

I’ve attended other mindfulness-based retreats in the past, but Sarvinder’s approach brought me to a depth of awareness and presence I hadn’t accessed before. Her authenticity and deep understanding of the mind-body connection make each experience with her truly meaningful.

If it weren’t for my knees (a surgery and another coming soon), I’d be out on the trails with Sarvinder as often as possible. Still, I hope to attend one of her weekend retreats when I’m able. Whether you're new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, I can’t recommend Trailbliss enough.

The Winter 2025 Retreat was my first retreat ever and I couldn't have asked for a better first experience!
The gentle and warm guidance of Sarvender was a blessing and was just what I needed to renew my focus on the benefits of yoga and meditation as a part of my daily routine. And what a treat to have someone else prepare nourishing plant based meals that were absolute delicious.

Writing this overdue review for the Fall Bliss Retreat 2023, and I can't say enough good things about it! Sarvinder's dedication to creating a nurturing environment really shows. She puts her heart and soul into every aspect of the retreat, making it a truly special experience.
She guided us gently, helping us connect with ourselves and nature. I loved how each session was tailored to our needs, allowing us to explore our feelings and find a sense of calm. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and introspection.
Connecting with other women was an amazing, we shared our stories, laughter, and tears. It felt so comforting to be surrounded by such supportive souls who understood what I was going through. After experiencing a personal loss, being with this amazing group helped me heal in ways I didn't expect.
Overall, the Fall Bliss Retreat was a beautiful blend of mindfulness, connection, and healing. I left feeling rejuvenated and grateful for the experience. If you're considering joining a retreat, I highly recommend this one. Thank you, Sarvinder, for creating such a magical space!

I attended mindfulness retreat in March 2024, held in the beautiful Sedrow Woolley, WA. Sarvinder put lots of thought and intention into creating an atmosphere that invited us to turn our attention inward. The environment was perfectly structured, blending nature with tranquility, allowing everyone to feel at ease.
The yoga and mindfulness sessions served as powerful anchors throughout the entire experience. Each session was thoughtfully designed, providing us with tools to deepen our practice and foster a sense of connection within ourselves. The Winter Bliss Retreat was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was part of something special. Sarvinder’s depth of knowledge and her genuine care for each of us really stood out. One moment that really touched me was during one of our evening mindfulness sessions. I was struggling with some personal challenges, feeling overwhelmed by life, and Sarvinder noticed it right away. I attended the Mountain Bliss camp with Trail Bliss in July 2024. Initially I went back and forth about joining it because of time constraints but honestly It was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. The scenery on the hikes was breathtaking. The Yoga and meditation sessions were soul soothing. Our group leader Sarvinder was very organized, kind and approachable. She was sure everyone was comfortable and well taken care of.
Sarvinder, I can’t express enough how grateful I am for facilitating this incredible, amazing retreat. Even if it was short, it gave me a lot of inspiration and motivation.
Immersing myself in unfamiliar conditions provided great clarity about myself and shed light on where I still need to grow. Retreating from familiar surroundings gives us the opportunity to reflect on our past conditioning and get to know ourselves better.
I am also thankful for the wonderful group. I felt a deep connection with all the women and very related with many of their stories. The Lodge where we stayed had a great view of Mount Shukshan and the care takers Richard and Odile were wonderful. I highly recommend doing a hike/retreat with Trail Bliss to explore the gorgeous PNW and make connections with fellow hikers!

I highly recommend trailbliss to any women looking to explore beautiful wilderness of Pacific Northwest while doing it in a mindful way. I have been in Seattle area for 24 years and done many hikes with family and friends. I am interested in more regular hikes and while I have done several hikes solo, I like the comfort and safety of doing the hike with others. Trailbliss hikes have been amazing. On the way out, we walk in silence connecting with ourselves and surroundings. I find it truly calming. On the return, I have enjoyed getting to know the diverse community of hikers and their stories.

Sarvinder, founder of Trailbliss, is also our hike leader. She sets the pace for the group depending on everyone’s hiking level. We start and end as a group. She is a trained search and rescue professional. Her curiosity of surroundings and desire to learn, concern for the nature and love for the community is what I find truly inspirational. I am in awe that this is what she has chosen to do with her time and provide a great space for women of all backgrounds to come together and enjoy the beauties of our area.

I discovered Trailbliss last year but could not join a hike because of scheduling conflicts. This year I have done several and looking forward to many more in future. I will also love to participate in their retreats as time allows. Thank you Trailbliss!

I have been on several hikes with TrailBliss and always have only pleasant memories. The mindful hike up the mountain allows you to notice many new and interesting things within yourself and in the nature around you, and the yoga with a view is breathtaking. The sunrise hikes are probably the best experience I have had with TrailBliss. Watching the forest wake up is an incredible experience. I have met many interesting people and made new friends on these hikes, becoming part of the hiking community.

My journey into mindfulness began with the enlightening five-week course. What struck me most profoundly was the understanding that mindfulness is not a destination but rather a journey, one that unfolds gradually with each mindful step we take. Through simple yet profound practices like daily journaling and breath meditation, I've come to realize that true wellness is cultivated patiently, one moment at a time. These practices have become anchors in my daily routine, guiding me towards a deeper sense of well-being both internally and externally.

I attended the March 2024 yoga and mindfulness retreat in Sedrow Woolley WA. It was a deeply nourishing experience. Sarvinder and Nupur were so intentional in creating a conducive atmosphere for going inwards. It was perfectly structured and they were extremely receptive to making sure each and every person was well taken care of physically and mentally.
The yoga and mindfulness sessions were very useful anchors for the whole experience. Sarvinder is skilled and compassionate person who has lots to give.

I recently attended a mindfulness meditation retreat with TrailBliss and found my experience to be life-changing. Life had been hectic, stressful and overhwhelming and this retreat gave me a respite from my worries and helped my nervous system to settle in deep relaxation and calm. Sarvinder, who guided the retreat, is a soothing yet energetically peaceful soul, and she led me into stillness through breathing practices, gentle yoga, and handcrafted vegetarian meals that made my mouth water. Journaling practices, and releasing the hold on electronics during the weekend were also encouraged. Our group went on mindful walks and we went on a hike during the event. I brought the practices learned during my time at the retreat home with me and practice them daily. I highly recommend this retreat and time with TrailBliss to anyone looking to reset and recharge.

My first time with Trailbliss and it was wonderful. We did Snow Lake with yoga. The weather was great. Sarvinder was very good with communication before and during the hike. I felt very safe with the group. We went at a moderate pace and had some comfortable quiet time as well as good socialization. Sarvinder was very knowledgeable and knew the trail conditions ahead of time.

Excellent hike. Quiet contemplative hike up. Discussed hiking experiences, safety and mindfulness at the lake. Short fun yoga at the end of the hike near the waterfall was great. Would definitely recommend this experience!

I joined in a contemplative sunrise hike, with yoga at the summit. It was a misty day and such a unique experience to practice yoga in the rain. Before we started our pre-sunrise journey to the top, our guide was knowledgeable not only in outdoor safety but also group safety and group dynamics. Once we made it back to the trailhead, I felt energized and relaxed, despite a 2:30am wake-up ! Thank you and I look forward to joining on future adventures with trail bliss!

Trailbliss is just starting up as a new organization. The founder/president has wonderful visions on how to engage local community members and other nonprofits, with hopes of spreading how nurturing nature can be. Activities are varied and include mindfulness, yoga, seminars, weekend retreats, mindful/peaceful walks/hikes, as well as walk and hikes that incorporate activities such as yoga, watercolor and photography. I'm excited to see how the organization grows.

I have tried meditation and yoga before but now I really feel that I have a strong foundation to continue on my own. I am an anxious person but now I feel like I have new tools in my arsenal such as the mindful breathing techniques that I can implement into my daily routine to improve my quality of life. The serene location by the river was ideal because it felt like an escape from the city and hustle culture. Additionally, without having to worry about making any meals, I had the opportunity to focus in an immersive environment on how to be more content and comfortable with myself. I highly recommend this retreat regardless of your level of experience with meditation and yoga and especially for people that live or work in stressful environments! Thank you Sarvinder!

one weekend in a mindfulness retreat leaves you with lasting impacts. the beautiful scenery coupled with a knowledgable and experienced mindfulness instructor helped me to become more aware of my body, thoughts, and actions. everything is taken care of, including healthy meals, so that you can truly just focus on yourself. this retreat is built for beginners and really allowed me to feel welcome in the mindfulness community. i highly recommend for anyone interesting in starting their journey to inner peace.

This retreat completely shifted my energy. As someone who is new to yoga and meditation, this retreat opened up new realms of thoughtfulness for me. I was eased into the yoga in a way that was delightfully challenging yet relaxing at the same time. The meditation was amazing - as someone who has struggled with staying still, Sarvinder’s guidance allowed me to smoothly and comfortable reach a state of inner peace that allowed me to properly meditate and be one with myself. I don’t think I’ve ever been so relaxed for a weekend in my life. With Sarvinder’s tips and encouragement, I have learned two invaluable new skills that I intend to continue to practice in my daily life.

I hiked with TrailBliss on a yoga and meditation hike. It was a refreshing experience to hike at a slower pace with full awareness to my surroundings. Yoga on the top of the trail was relaxing. The best part is all the hikes are offered free.
