Tomechei lied to me, strung me along for months and I am a female in her 40s who is under 75 pounds, they deceived me and made me believe they were going to help me only to drop a bomb on me the day before Hanukkah to say they were not helping me although I met all the criteria and requirements as well as have been waiting patiently for months getting emails and calls from rachel that were just lies and now I am going to expose them for the frauds they are and I wont stop til I shut them down for deceiving people and getting peoples hopes up only to crash them hard. I will make them pay for making me get sicker and possibly lose my home because I believed they were going to help me bc that’s what I was told by rachel over and over again

"tomchei shabbos" organizations have been founded in every major metropolitan area to enable jews to help their impoverished brethren with their most basic food staples for shabbos/shabbat and holidays. The los angeles organization has expanded its' focus to assist as many needy jewish families in so many other areas including, but not limited to: food, clothing, and shelter subsidies, medical expense subsidies, interest free loans, wedding assistance, clothing distribution programs, and limited cash assistance. In accordance with irc guidelines and revenue procedures, all direct cash assistance distributions and related programs are reviewed by the executive committee of the board of directors every month,
