Mission: The mission of The Treatment and Learning Centers is to improve lives and expand possibilities for individuals with special needs. We will provide services that strengthen their abilities and respond to their changing needs. We are committed to integrity and excellence in our care, and will strive to assist all, regardless of their ability to pay.
