This Missions organization TLAF – which is an acronym for “The Laborers are Few.” I have spent well over a decade serving with and learning from this particular Missions organization, their DNA is my own DNA.

The need for inter denominational co-operation and coalition is essential in the success of Missions in the 21st century. TLAF heartily believes in working with all Christian denominations. Context and language assimilation are also essential in the DNA of TLAF. Humility and strategic spiritual investing in leadership has been at the core of TLAF since its inception in 1992. Focusing on developing existing and local church leadership brought about the birth of the Mission of TLAF. The aspect of the modern church that TLAF has been fulfilling is also one of discipleship.

TLAF has been on the cutting edge of missions for well over 30 years. The dedication, sacrifice and excellence of this organization and its founder Rev. Steve Grant is absolutely stunning.
