Higher Ground provides counseling to individuals and families suffering from substance abuse and/or domestic violence. Their clients are brought into a refreshingly positive and welcoming home-like environment. Also, their treatment program and use of the outdoor ropes course contribute to a much higher than average success rate. I can tell that their staff thoroughly enjoys their work, and as a result, many have very long tenure with the organization.
