I love and have always enjoyed Tiny Acres rescue in Santa Rosa County Florida. Their facility is always so clean and well-managed and anyone who has owned horses before know that horses make clean and well-managed an extremely hard task to fulfill. They take in horses from all walks and stages of life. Regardless of their current condition, these ladies see and treat each animal in their care as if they were their very own.I’ve never backed a smaller scale rescue organization in the past, like I do with them. They are always very transparent with their expenses and processes for the horses and strive to change local laws for all animals.
I saw them on my local news channel about 2 sick horses that they had just taken in. I absolutely loved their story and how compassionate and empathetic the Founder was on tv. I felt compelled to donate, as well as to meet with her and see their horses. She was so welcoming and a happy face. Full of knowledge and information about horses and their care. I learned so much in my short little visit. I plan to support them moving forward and hope that others will find it in their hearts to do the same.
Highly recommend this beautiful horse rescue facility in Santa Rosa County Florida. I drove by on a whim, after researching their website and social medias and I was thoroughly impressed with their facility. It’s a private land, beautifully situated on a quiet street. I adore their logo and their sign at the street was very appealing. Their gate was closed with a notice ‘By Appointment Only’ so I inquired about setting up an appointment via email. They responded very quickly and before you know it, I was out there being provided a tour by a kind, young lady who I learned was the Director. Her name was Rashelle. She is very kind, and has a lot of education on horses. She knows so much and was very inspirational. I was able to watch her engage one on one with a couple of the rescues and they communicate so well to one another. I was so impressed that I gave a small donation with hopes to continue to donate as I can to this incredibly worthy cause in animal welfare.
I am unable to volunteer but I sure wouldn't many mind being back out there to be around those beautiful and well cared for horses. She said I was welcomed back anytime to sit with them.
Please support Rashelle and her wonderful rescue organization. I’ve been to many, but this one is what rescue is all about. Authenticity, transparency, compassion, education and hope. They’re not so big that they lose sight! They are right on the money and their hearts are in the right place.
Charlie has changed everything for me. He is such a beautiful soul and your team turned his life around. Thank you for loving and feeding him. Charlie is a sweet heart.
The work that theses girls do is amazing. Thank you for collecting foods for the community during Thanksgiving. People just don’t do things like this anymore. I truly am so happy to have met you all! I hope that I can donate again this season.

I stumbled upon this rescue while advocating for animal rights in our county. I was unaware of the equine neglect issue that Santa Rosa County faces but after meeting the Tiny Acres Executive Director and VP, I was all on board for promoting their rescue and how they are trying to help horses. Thank you all for what you do.
Great shelter in Milton. They wouldn't take in my birds but gave me the information I needed to find homes for my flock. Thank you for your help!
Beautiful rescue and horses! So much to be thankful for with this organization! Keep up the great work ladies! You’re doing Gods work. I know he’s proud.
I greatly appreciate this organizations transparency and educational programs. I recently found Tiny Acres and attended the emergency vet clinic in January. Hands down the best clinic that I have been to!
A wonderful place full of love and care. Definitely recommend to anyone who loves transparency, and happy, beautiful horses. I have ran a rescue previously and I can say these ladies are top notch, professional and very well versed in all things equestrian as it pertains to rehabs, rescue procedures and equine care.
I have been following for years! I watch their posts on Facebook for the most part, but they have a Insta too.

I have been following this rescue for quite some time. I enjoy their posts and educational tidbits on Facebook. I know some things about horses but would call myself a novice in horse care. I appreciate the time that the ladies make in their schedules to facilitate ‘mini courses’ to help me learn.
My favorite local equine rescue! Kind ladies. Very down to earth and knowledgeable. Maya is my favorite but I love the donkeys too! Please support them if you can.

I was recently out at Tiny Acres for a meet and greet and was impressed with how neat and clean their facility was. I’ve been to several rescues and was so happy to see how well they maintain their grounds, paddocks, pastures and horses. I’ve lived outside of Milton almost my entire life and never heard of Tiny Acres, until I saw that someone I knew had recommended them on a FB page. I am so glad that I reached out to them and was able to get in to meet with them and their horses. 5 Stars to not only how well kept their facility is, but also for how knowledgeable and approachable they are.
Down to earth people doing God’s work.
I recently visited Tiny Acres and I absolutely loved my time there. I was scheduled for a meet and greet! I live up the road and for the last few years have heard so many wonderful things about them and all that they do for not only horses but our community. I was finally able to put a location with a name and they are everything wonderful that I’ve been hearing. I met with the Director and a couple of volunteers. All were so welcoming, knowledgeable and personable. The horses in their care all have what they need and more and look so good. I was there shortly after two arrived back from their adopter which I have used the photo from their Facebook page. They take horses back in from adopters when it’s no longer working out. I appreciate how thorough and genuine they are in their practices and how transparent they are with our community. Very important qualities to have if you ask me. I’d recommend anyone to take a look at them and choose them to donate towards. Your money is going to a great cause, one you can feel incredibly confident that it’s being put to good use and strictly for the betterment of the animals. I can’t wait to volunteer once they have availability.
What can I say? They are just amazing! One of the cleanest, nicest, and caring rescue organizations I’ve ever known. They were easy to schedule with for a tour and so welcoming. I’ve been to several and never had that greeting. Their Director lives on site and she is incredibly hands on with daily chores. More so than I’ve ever seen before.
I love their volunteers and their horses all get along so well. They are like one big family! Highly recommend that they be nominated for top non profit! They are doing incredible rescue work.
Tiny Acres is an AMAZING equine rescue!!! They truly care for the animals well being. We adopted a horse from them and they were open and honest about her and she is a great fit for our family. Highly recommend Tiny Acres!
When an abused animal has the opportunity of landing at this place, they have hit the love jackpot! Such amazing, caring down to earth humans taking care of the poor creatures that come their way, and doing it with such love and tireless devotion. The miraculous transformation these animals undergo after a few month is just unbelievable. Thank goodness for people like Rashelle and Ashley!
Recently our family visited Tiny Acres Rescue and loved how sweet and welcoming the women were who run the facility.
Our children loved taking a tour and meeting with their horses. Everyone looked well cared for and happy. Hearing their stories and seeing pictures on how they were versus how they look and feel now is incredible. It’s amazing how drastic their change is and how much time was spent to help them all.
They are volunteer and donation based. We will definitely be back again and recommend others visit with them and learn their mission. They help so many in need. They have our full support.
A friend referred me to Tiny Acres. I am glad that I met them. I am unable to volunteer at this time but I hope to in the future.
Thank you for having kind hearts. People are so cruel. Thank goodness you are here to help the skinny horses.
I absolutely loved meeting Maggie! Thank you for your short seminar are founder. I hope to use this info in the future! Thanks
Beautiful rescue facility, doing amazing things for so many horses in need. Santa Rosa County has always been in need of such an awesome resource such as Tiny Acres NWFL Equine Rescue. Highly recommend. They run on donations and are volunteer based. Reach out and see how you can become apart of their wonderful mission and to make a difference.
A beautiful organization that helps to provide not only rescue and rehabilitation efforts for local horses but also sanctuary for those who are non-adoptable due to behavioral or health reasons. They always have such a welcoming presence and have done amazing with helping so many horses in need.

What an incredible organization Tiny Acres NWFL is. I personally enjoyed watching the rescues that came in transform through the attentive and consistent care and love from the Tiny Acres ladies.
I volunteered for a few months before moving out of the area for work, but follow their Facebook, Instagram and TikTok updates and donate where and as I can.
So many successful adoptions and a great group of rescuers and volunteers!
Tiny Acres is a wonderful place to volunteer and they do such a great job of caring for horses. They provide a soft place to land for abused and neglected horses and help those whose circumstances have changed because of an owners failing health. Rashelle and Ashley are the hardest working women I know. Santa Rosa County is fortunate that they have focused their efforts here.
Tiny Acres is a wonderful facility for horse rehabilitation. Ashley and Rashelle never turn a horse away, regardless of its condition. They both work tirelessly to help these beautiful, innocent animals that have been neglected and abused. They also work tirelessly in the effort of having the laws changed to protect these horses. Volunteering is always a heart-warming experience, and I’m always honored to have the opportunity to help out. Tiny Acres deserves recognition for their tireless efforts, and it’s an exceptional nonprofit organization.
These girls have the biggest hearts! They love all animals and fight to make sure animals are treated the proper way and loved along with it! They have a nice clean property with great volunteers to help. Just a great rescue all the way!!
The women at Tiny Acres that run the organization have a great passion and love for what they are doing. Ashley and Rashelle work relentlessly, day after day, trying to rehabilitate the horses that come into their care. It is incredible how well adjusted the horses become! Rashelle and Ashley are the voices for those that have no voice and advocate for better community accountability of horse safety and wellness. These ladies are commended for all they do in the interest of offering endless love and care to those in need! Please do not hesitate to support this nonprofit!
I’ve been to Tiny Acres a hand full of times now, and I’ve always been greeted very kindly by the volunteers and two girls that run the rescue. I always enjoy my visits.
Due to my health, I am unable to volunteer, but that didn’t stop me from being apart of this place.
I always chip in on their expenses when I can, and the horses enjoy when I’ve brought them fresh carrots for a treat here and there.
Even though I can’t volunteer because of my bad hip, the girls who run the rescue allow me to come out and spend time with the horses so that I can get my horse therapy.
I highly recommend Tiny Acres and you should too.
I dropped off a bag of apples for the horses of Tiny Acres and they were so nice! I truly appreciate the time and effort that Rashelle and Ashley put into the rescue, it shows how much they care for the animals. If I had more to give, I would. I hope to volunteer some day.
They tried so hard to save Iris from her neglectful situation. I can’t believe what they went through trying to load a downed horse that was emaciated and covered in wounds. Bless you ladies for trying and giving it your all! Some people just should not have animals. I am so glad that you are here for them.
Tiny Acres is such a wonderful organization. I am so happy that there is a place for horses and senior dogs etc. to go and be loved and given their best life.
These ladies do such a fantastic job in fighting for these creatures. They nurture and care for them all like their own animals.
I love to volunteer when I can. It makes my heart happy!!!❤️❤️
