Mission: Education, charity, and community support organization administers nmac and fire plan grants for private land and public parks, provides fire safety and forestry education, supports community activities and development, and maintains airstrip for fire fighting and emergency situations.
Programs: Tdc administered the timberon fire plan grant & the blm park grant which involves thinning 250 acres of heavily forested private land and public parks for defensible space creation, fire safety, and foresty education.
tdc sponsored the community "fly in" dinner, appreciation dinner, blues & bbq festival and mg park upkeep. These promote community development and education. Tdc contributes to local charities, student activities, and community organizations.
tdc sponsored the "timberon business flyer". This allows local businesses to advertise their business for surrounding communities and visitors to the timberon area. Tdc also sponsored the weather station data on the website and maintained the airstrip to support the community in cases of emergencies.
