Mission: Tiger Touch began as a rescue/refuge facility and grew in to a more ambitious research program. Our programs are designed to aid in preservation through many small, low cost facilities. Our focus is to create a larger pool of animals, insuring diversity in the face of continuing erosions of wild population and captive diversity. Our programs were created to keep the animal care and facility management cost as low as possible. Developed by our behavioral and communications experts, these programs are derived directly from practical human-animal relation experience. People will preserve only what they know and love. To these ends, we've created rearing and handling techniques that reduce the dangers involved in being in contact with big cats.
