DISH just celebrated its fourth anniversary and we simply couldn't have done it without Tides. Tides Center provides an impressive array of services and its staff is fantastic. I've worked in the nonprofit sector for more than 25 years and every nonprofit I've served has struggled most with the administrative side of things. We are proud of our mission fit with Tides and grateful for Tides’ help, leadership, and friendship.
I want to take a moment to say THANK YOU to the fantastic people at Tides. As a project we are grateful every day for the many ways you support our work so that we can focus on what is important to us as an organization.
Since we started, we have provided over 460,000 nights at home for our tenants. Think about that number! All of you at Tides are part of that success and thanks to you the number grows every day.
With gratitude, Lauren Hall, Project Director

When I learned that the Tides Center used a Donor Advised Fund to transfer $2 million from Google to the Wikimedia Foundation, I was dismayed. The Wikimedia Foundation just pulled in 5 times what they need to safely operate and fulfill their mission, and now Google is going to heap another $2 million on the organization that lies about who its founder is and deflects and covers up criticism about how money was being handled when it came to $1300 steak dinners, $200 bottles of wine, and even Moscow massage parlor tabs. So now the Tides Center is aligned with Google (the National Security Agency's tech partner) and with the Wikimedia Foundation (the home of child pornography advocates). What impression can I possibly take away, other than a bad one? This was a BAD DECISION, Tides Center.
Sustainable Pittsburgh prospered in its start-up as a project of Tides over six formative years. Tides' expertise in HR, accounting, benefits administration, etc. enabled us to focus on our mission and program delivery. With this excellent experience, we continue to benefit from Tides expertise now contracting for some on-going administrative services. Kudos to Tides for its national mission and impact of cultivating nonprofits to serve.
I can't thank Tides Center enough for the outstanding support given to LeaderSpring. Tides continues to make our jobs easier and more enjoyable by handling the crucial administrative and financial needs of our work. Thanks for always being so supportive and friendly.
