TJFL football league is a horrible place to any child who wants to play competitive football. The league has board members who are all about themselves and not the children they coach along with the referees they hire. The refs are one sided and always side with board members who are also coaches on several teams. This league is very misleading and will get your child no where in their football experience. There is a huge conflict of interest when board members are allowed to be coaches, then all board members who are coaches end up in the championship games. Seems like a set up so these board member/coaches can put another notch in their belt. They also DO NOT allow women to be on the board or to be coaches which is very sexist and is discriminates against woman but yet a man can be a coach for the all the girls cheerleading. I am very concerned as a paying parent and professional educator. DO NOT give your money to this league or put your child/ren in this league, there are so many other leagues who truly are in for the kids and will help your child to learn the game of football and keep them safe.
