As you all are aware 10/17 an early morning house fire left my family and I displaced. We literally lost everything and we’re left with only the clothes on our backs. Physical we were all unharmed but this fire left us with nothing! I'm saddened that we were left displaced and lost everything but happy that we all still have our lives. My family and I would like to give our thanks and appreciation to the Thomas Gaiter Foundation. Whom reached out to us and gave their support and contributed to my family at our time of need. Because all of this happened around the holidays financially it took a toll on me. With the hotel,cost food,
cost and other cost it was very expensive. This is something that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. But with the Thomas Gaiter foundation contribution to my cost and food it made things easier on my family and I was still able to make Xmas happend. Thank you all soo much we really appreciate your support and are very thankful to have came across your foundation.
Amazing job helping out kids and students! Looking forward to seeing what they do next!

I hold a profound connection with TGF, a foundation that has transformed the lives of numerous young women by enabling them to pursue education, become self-sufficient, and embrace independence. In many parts of the world, women's education is still overlooked, not deemed a priority, or even recognized as a basic right. TGF shines as a beacon of hope in these scenarios, offering encouragement, support, and crucial financial assistance. The belief that educating a woman leads to an educated family, which in turn uplifts the entire community and sets the country on a path towards development, is a principle TGF embodies and promotes. The impact of their work, especially in empowering women from underprivileged and developing countries with education, is truly remarkable.
This nonprofit has been serving people in many varieties of ways. Education, health, and school supplies changing lives and leaving them with dignity.
For ten years I have observed the Thomas Gaiter Foundation support various entities worldwide in exemplary ways.
My first experience with the Thomas Gaiter Foundation was on a visit in 2008 to Buena Vista Elementary School (BVES) in Nashville, TN where a disproportionately high population of students lived below poverty level and were actively and quietly experiencing food and housing insecurities. Dr. Thomas Gaiter, born and raised in Nashville met with school administration and the students of BVES reconfirming the school's motto that regardless of their family income or access - if they believe it, they can achieve it! The foundation donated funds to the school, part of which were dedicated to enhancement of the school's computer lab giving all students equal and fair access to information technology. At the height of the pandemic, information technology became a primary source of learning across the globe. The foundation's gift was (1) on time, and (2) ahead of it's time. I am grateful for the experience and knowing that any contribution goes to a worthy cause; changing the lives of not just a student, but an entire family in need. The foundation has expanded over the years offering global assistance to support homelessness, disabled persons, the elderly, and orphans. Advocacy in the areas of educational scholarships, school supplies, food donations and safe water have touched the lives of many.
Thomas Gaiter Foundation provides love and hope across the region. They empower people to believe in themselves and their communities.

This is an excellent non profit dedicated to helping those in need. In my experience as a volunteer for the Thomas Gaiter Foundation, I had the opportunity to distribute school supplies and backpacks to children in need. Not only does this organization strive to provide aid to those in the national community, the Thomas Gaiter Foundation strives to provide aid to those in the international community as well. Overall, this foundation taught me that the simplest of gestures can provide the most important changes in the lives of those in need.

Thomas Gaiter Foundation ( non-profit org.) is a beacon and hope for nations and for all those who are disadvantaged and vulnerable, flourishing remarkably not only in the US but in Pakistan, India, Philippines, Iraq, Vietnam, and South America, and others.
The Thomas Gaiter Foundation started with a thought and a vision. A vision that would forever change the lives of so many individuals.
This organization has changed lives by providing educational scholarships, much needed free health care, clean water, food, assisting the homeless, clothing, school supplies to needed students and so much more.
The Thomas Gaiter Foundation is an excellent example of humanity at work.
They have a caring spirit and are sympathetic to the needs of others, a true example of how we all should live.

The Foundation has been of excellent help in assisting my tribal members to receive scholarships at black Hills State and Western Dakota Vocational colleges.
They have also started the Celesia Marie Award in honor of my grand daughter who is now 7 years old. This award was put in place here at the Pine Ridge School. The Celesia Marie award is not a scholarship but is a cash token of appreciation for a high school senior student who has faced hardships and overcame those in a positive way. I have presented this award. I can see the happiness of the students when they are presented this award. I am thankful to have met Pat and Thomas they are genuine, with hearts of gold.
This nonprofit is doing what a nonprofit organization should do. It is meeting the needs of people. Such as donations to young people for educational purposes and more importantly it is saving lives. Now you cannot value this in terms of money. Money and the life of individuals are not equal. The lives of individuals are always more important. However it takes money to reach those who are forgotten. I have seen the faces of the recipients of those who are being served and the completely satisfied fulfillment of the administration and staff as they work to uphold what is in their hearts. This says that humanity can never be labeled as useless or unnecessary or uncaring. The Thomas Gaiter foundation is needed and wanted at home and in international communities. May it continue to exist to save and serve.
Thomas Gaiter Foundation is a wonderful organization that sets their sights on benefiting those close around us as well as around the world. Their two focus points of education and health make their mission relatable to every human on this Earth. Although TGF May be small they are making big changes in things as small as a smile on a child's face.
