Mission: The wellness plan medical centers deliver affordable and accessible quality medical services to our community. We do this by:-delivering unbiased and culturally competent services to all patients; -offering compassionate, innovative, and user friendly medical solutions; -forming collaborations and partnerships with other healthcare providers and stakeholders; -providing optimal customer service at all times; -endeavoring to treat all patients with dignity and respect regardless of ability to pay
Programs: To provide primary health care services to the indigent population. In 2014, our organization saw 19,617 patients and had 52,530 visits. 52. 9% of these patients were below 200% of income as a percent of poverty level.
