Programs: Adopt a family - the adopt a family (aaf) sponsorship program provides direct funding that pays for homeless children and adults. Aaf members support homeless children and adults based on their desired sponsorship level, ranging from individual or corporate and bronze to diamond. Path to self-sufficiency (pps)- the core program of the trinity house, provides case management services to residents to help them set and achieve goals. Path to self-sufficiency-transitions (psst) - this program is an offshoot of the pss program, designed specifically for transition-aged forster youth.
addressing the health disparity of homelessness (ahdh) - the ahdh program addresses health care of the homeless with a particular emphasis on homeless families with children. Augmenting the above-mentioned core programs offered by the trinity house, the ahdh program provides a structured and comprehensive approach to healthcare, healthcare education, housing and supportive services for homeless families and individuals. Fitness with favor (fwf) - the fwf program is a component of the addressing the health disparity of homelessness program and involves providing supportive services to at-risk and homeless children residing at the trinity house.
