The Transology Association

I lived in Lancaster, Pennsylvania at the time looking for help and found this office on the internet and so glad I did. I called and made a appointment to meet in their office in York.The first person I met when I went to the office was Ellen Davidson and the reason I am posting this. I want to thank Ellen Davidson so much for all her help with my name change and help finding a transgender friendly job last October 2022.  I loved talking to her. She knew so much about our issues and problems. I called the office the following day to ask a question and then talked to Krystyna Mcilroy. She was a lovely person to talk to as well and knew a lot about name change and other issues. They were very kind, friendly, professional and knew more then anyone I ever talked to about all the issues and problems we face on our pursuit to be who we really are. When I heard Ellen had passed away I was totally devastated. That was a great loss to our community. That's why I am writing this review, so everyone knows what a wonderful organization The Transology Association is. When I was in the office the day I talked to Ellen someone came into the office looking for shelter. Michael Greyfeather I think his name is, tried to find shelter but found out their was none available at that time. He then talked to this person and then took the homeless transgender individual to a motel in York and paid for a motel room for the weekend so they could have shelter for that weekend. I know this is what he did because I was with him because after he made arrangements for a room for that person he took me to Walmart's and dropped me off there where I met my mother. I was really impressed with these people, how they cared and helped. If you ever need help with any of our issues and problems we face these are the people to see and if they can help you they will bend over backwards to help.
