Programs: The Role Model Program seeks to reverse the negative academic achievement gap statistics for underserved youth by placeing adult volunteers into local classrooms to deliver a special curriculum entitled "Dare to Dream". The curriculum is eight weeks long, and was designed by education professionals to motivate and inspire youth to succeed. The program serves 5000 elementary and middle school youth per year.
