I was walking with my kids and husband in phoenixville and this rescue had a tent and stand set up with mini golden doodles. I stopped and talked to one of the ladies working as I've been trying to find a poodle mix for my daughters. She started to tell me that the adoption fee was $500 and another lady snapped at her and goes "it's actually $700" and the lady responded, "oh someone else told me it was $500, can you at least tell her what's included in the adoption fee" and this other woman starts reprimanding her in front of me. So the nice lady walked away. I'm standing there, feeling awkward, but still wanting to know what's included, this terrible woman, stares at me, turns around and starts talking to her friend. I was so disappointed and walked away.

This organization has probably helped lots of dogs over the years, and that is to be admired. They abuse potential adopters. I tried finding alternate telephone numbers all over the internet, there isn't any. They don't answer the dam (n) telephone. Our dog is dying and we are heartbroken, and to be abused in this manor by an uncaring administrator who doesn't care about returning calls or emails, over the course of several days is ridiculous. We were finally able to email the lady fostering the dog, and in one paragraph we weren't eligible to adopt because we don't have a healthy playmate for her. Why isn't that in the description? If you deal with these people I hope your experience is better.
