I met Sr. Antonelle, Director of the Promise Outreach and started volunteering in August 2011. Through her unconditional love and compassion for those she serves, from prisoners, to juvenile delinquents, to people struggling to survive, I learned what it means to be a Christian. This ministry is small, yet so dynamic. It is hard to find ministries that are so personal and life-changing. She also invites college students to volunteer and really teaches them to respect the dignity of each person, no matter what. God bless the Promise Outreach!
