I have worked with the Cluster for the last 3 years. I can see what a difference the organization makes in the lives within the community. The passion and compassion of every employee and volunteer is unprecedented.

I have been a volunteer since retiring last year and have been both enriched and blessed by this experience. The staff members are friendly, helpful and dedicated to serving the clients. Although I volunteered primarily to serve others in our community, I have been uplifted by the people I have met at the Cluster.

As a Board Member I have been aware of the Clusters work for over 20 years. After becoming a member of the Board it became obvious that the small staff and multitude of volunteers are the heart and sole of the Cluster Outreach Center in Pottstown. The work done there to feed those in need, cloth those who need it and find resources for those who do not know where to turn next is truly a blessing to both the receivers and the givers. I am proud to be both a Board member and a volunteer at the Pottstown Cluster of religious Communities.

I have volunteered at The Cluster in the past. Due to health issues, I had to stop. Volunteering at The Cluster was very rewarding to me, as I seen on a daily basis just how needed this organization is to many Pottstown residents. It always amazed me just how many companies/residents donated to this, there are good people out there- more than we hear about. I continue to donate household items to The Cluster - I remember how grateful clients were for the items they were able to receive.

I am a volunteer, donor and member of the assembly of delegates. I started financially supporting the "Cluster" about 5 years ago but we have donated food and clothing for much longer than that. Working as a volunteer for the last 6 months is among the most rewarding experiences of my life. The staff, volunteers and clients enjoy being there, helping one another. Many clients also volunteer. The staff is caring, well trained and educated. This place is a model of organization and efficiency. What is happening is that as needs are identified, needs are met with little or no hoopla.

I worked for and managed some fairly large, complicated businesses. I wish that my colleagues in business were as flexible, dedicated and selfless as the staff and volunteers at the "Cluster".

I look forward to my day there every Thursday and view it as a great way to contribute to the well being of my community. Many of the clients, both current and former, volunteer as well as receive benefits. Large numbers of people in the community find, transport, sort, store and then stock food, clothing and household goods with an efficiency that belies the apparent chaos when one enters the warehouse. The front end (and the whole place) runs like a well oiled machine.

What a great place.

I've been both a client and a volunteer for about 4 years. The staff has always been as pleasant, kind and helpful as humanly possible. The food has been a lifeline for me. When I had zero income they were there for me. I can't praise them and their service to the community enough. Please consider this group if you want to make a contribution!!

I have been a volunteer for about 5yrs. I This has been an experience where I thought I was going to help others; I get twice from it what I contribute to it. The staff has boundless energy and are so good with the clients. I love that the philosophy of the Cluster doesn't give out to their clients but more gives them a hand up. I look forward to my volunteer time there each week.

I have only been a volunteer for the past 3 weeks. However, I am very impressed with the wonderful people who serve the Pottstown community and their concern for the clients who visit them. Everyone on the staff is cheerful and quite helpful. I am amazed at how well organized and smooth-running the operation is. I was made to feel welcome from the first time I entered the doors, and I am impressed with the caring and loving attitude that permiates the entire building. God certainly has blessed the Pottstown community with this organization.

Since my arrival to Pottstown, last year, I have been able to receive the assistance from the staff in many ways. The staff is courteous and helpful with anything that they can possibly do for myself and my The family. I have also seen what they have done with other residents here in the town. They have not only supplement food for our residents, but have personally help me obtain housing when I needed it the most.
I can attest to their professionalism when you at the facility, including staff, and volunteers. Pottstown is very fortunate to have such a place for the needy and those who need a start in life. I thank you all for your support and continued caring that you have let me experience.

The Pottstown Cluster relies heavily on highly motivated volunteers and the generosity of the community to provide food, clothing and hope to hundreds of families in the greater Pottstown area.
I have a profound sense of accomplishment in being part of this service.
