I love THE PEOPLE'S MUSEUM very much. the museum have a very good collection of military like American Revolutionary War 1775-1783, American Civil War 1861-1865, the Zulu War of 1879 Boer War 1899-1902, World War 1, World War 11, modern Art, Contemporary Art, and Ancient Egyptian, Pre-Columbian, Oceanic Tribal Art, African well over 100 years old South American Indians, American Indian culture, and also a Americana Collection, dinosaur bones and fossils, ancient coins, Hollywood memorabilia like Lobby Cards Posters and photos, Police and Fire Department Collection as well. and the Education Department is SUPERB Another interesting part of the museum will be its special outreach programs for the physically challenged and learning disabled children and adults. These people need special attention and should have exposure to all types of learning experiences that are available to the general population. also there are no museum in New York City that put a strong emphasis on these periods in our history that are so important to Ne York's history and culture. so go to this museum it is really good it is also a General Museum it is Non-Profit in a Astoria Queens New York City
