I adopted both of my bunnies from this rescue. The Marina Sanctuary stepped in and saved my bunnies both from being euthanized. If they had not rescued my bunnies when they did, they both would have been killed in the shelter the very day they were saved.

I will always adopt all of my animals from this amazing rescue group.

Dina and Marina Sanctuary have so far helped me adopt two rabbits and a cat over a period of 3 years. Instead of doing it the 'easy way" and adopting her already-safe rescued animals, Dina accompanied my partner and I to a public shelter in the Los Angeles area and helped us get acquainted with animals there who were scheduled for euthanasia. We were able to make our own choices among the neediest. I must say, after all this time, we are very happy with the wonderful cat and rabbits who became our "family members" and when we again have space, we will ask for more help from Marina Sanctuary.

The Marina Sanctuary rescues animals facing death in Los Angeles area shelters, primarily rabbits, but are also extremely helpful with dogs, and have helped us with cats, birds, hamsters and others as well. They are very effective at networking animals and getting placement for them. If they are not able to take them, they have helped us find placement with other rescues. They also facilitate direct adoptions to the public, and are very diligent in finding appropriate and loving homes for placement.
