The Name was Changed to Los Angeles JAMZ via IRS.

The Mission of the Los Angeles JAMZ Youths Arts Organization/Drum & Bugle Corps is to support and provide training in music and dance education to primarily disadvantaged and at-risk youth starting at age 10 in the greater Los Angeles area.


JAMZ Program Summary: Program is for youth (coed) from the ages of 10-18 (eligible under 22) who desire to participate in learning to play a percussion or brass instrument. Two Tier Program for Beginners with JAMZ and Intermediate/Advanced in cooperation with City-Sound Drum & Bugle Corps includes learning to perform at a high level with a Corps that participates and performs in parades, concerts and competitions in California.
