Mission: ISAA was founded in 1995 by educators Fred Dukes & Joseph Paige, who desired to provide a solution to today's problems that challenge student athletes. Our young people today are faced with numerous distractions and situations that can easily cause them to lose focus in realizing their potential. Student athletes, while faced with these same dilemmas also have to develop the needed skills for their sport. In addition they must strive to advance academically and socially. ISAA has the solution to the problems that today's student athletes encounter, through it's programs, activities and effective counseling and intervention services.
The staff of ISAA believe that under the guidance of their experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic leadership, they can create an atmosphere conducive for student athletes to want to complete their education, by realizing its significance and value, as well as excelling and enjoying athletics but keeping it in its proper perspective.
