Programs: Fellows program: the institute provides training and instruction to students in current policy issues, personal communication and effective decision making in a culturally and philosophically diverse political environment. In the fiscal year ended december 31, 2017, the institute graduated two fellows classes with a total of 24 graduates.
women on board: this is a one-day training program that prepares women to pursue public service through appointment onto public boards. In the fiscal year ended december 31, 2017, the institute held two wob workshops, with over 50 participants.
