Anytime I talk with Marcia I go from feeling worried and overwhelmed to feeling my best. Thank you for always being there and listening when I need to vent.

I was honored to book a few sessions with Dr. Marcia Martin of The Heart Healing Foundation. Living with anxiety from past traumas while also suffering from manic depression can make it hard to navigate day-to-day life. 12 years ago I started my healing journey. Utilizing many different sources of healing from in-house programs, doctors, yoga, energy healing and even new diets with exercise. This all helped a lot with daily routines making life more manageable. But it came to a point where I knew I had some blockages I wasn't finding yet to help clear. I have been working towards fixing this for the past year. Searching for the answers to clear this up to bring me more peace and comfort in my daily life.

That was when I met Dr. Marcia Martin. We had two sessions. At first, I didn't understand why the sessions were so long. But it was amazing. She spent at least 2 hours with me and was able to get to the bottom of it. During our second session, it was made clear and the fog was lifted. It has been about a month since our last session. And I'm glad to say, I'm back on track. I look forward to a follow-up to see what else comes to light.

The care I received from "The Heart Healing Foundation" went above and beyond what I expected. But they do exactly what they say. They heal the heart. Well, at least I can tell you, my heart is on the path of healing. I wake up now with more comfort and less anxiety in the mornings now. If you are curious, just book an appointment and give it a try. I'm glad I did. And I will be a returning client.

Dr. Marcia is truly a force I hope so many get to experience. She is undoubtedly divinely connected and, paired with her empathy and sweet nature, she is able to provide deep healing that left me feeling like a weight was lifted from my shoulders. Her messages were spot on, and she was so patient walking me through the healing, and informed me of all details and angels present, and why. I went in for one thing, and felt like we were able to accomplish so much that was holding me back in so many different areas of my life. So grateful to her, her gifts, and her practice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

There are a few definitions of a "healer" in the dictionary.
“A person or thing that mends or repairs something”. "Someone or something that alleviates a person's distress or anguish” …..
Marcia has been an enormous aide in helping me come back to my authentic true self--- restoring me to me. Helping me let go of the un-wanted and focus on what I want.
To not close the door on my past- but gain from it the knowledge and empowerment to move forward. By going on this journey with Marcia, not only have I alleviated much of my distress and anguish that was keeping me stuck, I have learned how to use such deterrents, more tools in my toolbox--- Surrendering them to God and the Angels, to move forward finding and giving joy to myself and others.
You hear the term Life changing all the time. I don't believe anyone can change your life but you and your Higher Power. What I do believe is that you can learn life changing tools! ********** Ten stars! and I encourage not just recommend others to Marcia, if you want any tools to transform your life!

I experienced the loss of two major people in my life in the last 3 years and was feeling shattered and splintered with my emotions and energy.  I knew at the time what I needed was grace and guidance from someone other than me, since I would not allow myself the patience to heal.  After starting my sessions with Marcia, she and I dug deep into my childhood trauma, and oh boy did I get some pertinent information that was hidden from me for a long time.  We uncovered that both my late father, my sister, and I, are all empaths and intuitive. My mother is a narcissist.  Man oh man did this information make so many moments and decisions that I had made in the past so clear, as to why.  Many questions were answered, as well as beautiful truths about my power and strength that I have carried with me, my entire adventure trip here on this planet.

This monumental truth that I now know, applies to me as well and has allowed and helped me to heal my heart from experiences I encountered from the age of three. Folks, that is 40 plus years of limiting beliefs and old worn-out programming that didn’t ever serve me at any time in my life.  Here is the other cool thing about this journey with Marcia,  she has become not only a mentor to me, I see her as a friend and someone that I KNOW sees ME.  No judgment or criticism, just love, and compassion.  

Marcia, I hope you read this and know that you guided one more lost soul back to the light just like little Carol Ann in Poltergeist. This woman helped me save me from myself.  Thank you, Marcia!

I cannot begin to thank enough Marcia for all her work she has done in the group sessions she has. I remember how lonely, anxious, depressed, and with toxic thoughts about myself clouding my judgement. I was filled with these toxic thoughts hating myself because I could not protect my family, heal my mother, and help them and in turn over time the hate for myself grew too much. As I went to more sessions slowly, I was able to transform myself. Slowly I was able to say positive words of encouragement and no longer used physical violence on myself to keep the bad thoughts away. I found hope, and love for myself which astounds me. I have direction and meaning in my life that I would not have without Marcia helping me every step of the way. She is a gentle loving soul who uplifts people and works with them to heal all hurts big and small and that means something. I am not the same person who first started going to her and working with her to uncover my trauma, there is no way to thank her enough for letting me experience peace within myself. I really don't know where to begin! I just want to thank you so much for helping me.

For 3 years I have been going through a spiritual awakening which has been a very difficult and confusing journey for me. I have been such in a pain, felt lost, tired and angry and I didn't know which direction to take.
