Causes: Arts & Culture, Children's Museums
Mission: To surround children and the adults in their lives with a hands-on, interactive and informal educational environment that will invite curiosity, allow exploration, encourage participation and celebrate the child-like wonder in all of us.
Programs: Provided children, families, and educators with inquiry-based learning in a hands-on museum facility. The museum served over 32,644 visitors throughout the tax-year, with annual memberships of more than 400 families. The museum offered in-house programs to classrooms, scout troops, and other groups, as well as outreach programs to schools, parent teacher organizations and community festivals.
