Mission: The Foundation for Service Dog Support (FSDS) is an Arizona-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides training for service dog teams, support and encouragement for people who need service dogs and increased community awareness about the role of service dogs in public spaces. The FSDS preferentially grants service dogs to injured and/or disabled first responders, public safety officers, disabled military veterans, public school teachers, clergy and others who have provided outstanding service to our community.
Programs: Service dog training program: this program provides trained and certified service dogs to arizona residents in need of assistance.
outreach certification program: this program provides service dog teams in rural and remote regions to obtain cost effective and credible service dog training and certification.
service dog trainer academy: this new initiative will provide comprehensive and cost effective training to individuals interested in becoming service dog trainers.
