Mission: The Forum on Genetic Equity was formed in February of 2010 to advocate on behalf of persons with chronic illness and genetic disabilities by addressing issues pertaining to: consumer protection, individual privacy and genetic bias in American life. The Forum’s formation is informed by a series of public policy decisions, which has demonstrated the need for a privacy and genetics watchdog.
