Mission: Scientific research to improve the health and well being of dogs in general and the english springer spaniel in particular. Preservation of history of the english springer spaniel and education in these areas about dogs, and in particular the english springer spaniel.
Programs: Funding of scientific research and other activities in support of english springer spaniels. In 2016 a bank was established for cancer tissue to assist in the identification of specific diseases impacting ess; a significant donation was made to akc chf for their initiative on tick-borne disease; and a small donation to akc chf in recognition of their support to the foundation in the identification of relevant projects.

funding of educational seminars for breeders of english springer spaniels at the annual english springer spaniel field trial assn national specialty show and trial, updating and educating breeders and owner on breeding practices.
